  • perfection.

  • I've listened to this five times in a row and I can't stop listening to it. This is number six and there seems to be no end in sight. "All Cleaned Out" is a time machine. Somehow, Elliot gave me a window into my own memories.

  • personal enjoy youre life before people like Bono ruin every little thing you try and do).

  • I think this song is about him and his girlfriend/wife getting divorced because my mom cries when she hears this song and talks to my step dad about how it relates with her and my dad. This is a sad song!! :'(

  • whats there to dislike about this?

  • one person officially does not understand life...

  • @lightershadeofblack i'm sure it was just a misclick

  • @thestudlybudly hehehe I don't know how anyone could dislike Elliott Smith in the first place, the mans voice uttered words that fell from the angels. :) People should learn to just not listen to songs they don't want to hear instead of beating the artist and music down. All they do is make everyone negative. PS this rule applies to real life things too :P

  • It boggles my brain why this song was not on a previous album.

  • A real Man's Man song

  • it's all about rollercoasters when the blimps fly overhead you gotta order your netflix movies or else the bowling reservations get canceled and people start throwing plastic spoons dipped in raw local honey. My take is this: Meditate only twice underwater then see how the pants fit because once you scuba dive in a mall fountain your kneecaps memorize lyrics from 1945. I'm not here to argue but the whole Cargo Pants theory is uncalled for, c'mon, nobody can win a spelling bee after breakfast!!!

  • Another Great song by Elliott. The acoustic sounds so beautiful.

  • i jus tossed my empty beer.

  • omg frikken amazing!

  • 0:00-2:58 are the best parts!

  • @mellowtonen This comment is getting old people. Let's be more creative.

  • @mrbungs woah your creatitvity in your comment blew me away...I actually have never seen another comment like that posted....usually people pick out certain sections, I picked the whole song

  • @mellowtonen That is my point. Everyone keeps posting on videos saying the entire duration, for example, 0:00 - 5:34 are the best parts! It's getting old. Now, if you want creativity and originality then here is an excerpt of a song I wrote:

Ghostly apparition, you couldn't haunt a thing. You're a thought no longer counting on an endless string of days.

Silence that's frozen in time with a cobweb smile, and a blown glass spin.

    There. I've been creative.

  • @mrbungs frozen in time with a cobweb smile is really getting old, c'mon everybody uses that phrase in songs these days. The best part of your song was :Ghostly - :Spin.

  • @mellowtonen blown glass spine FTW.

  • @mrbungs Yep, and it was no good.

  • @PwnZoneification Likely.

  • Tears

  • Might be the best song from New Moon. Fantastic melody...

  • this is sht i love eliot smith lol

  • whoever didn't like this can eat a big bowl of dicks, dry with no milk

  • @amitch64 How lovely.....

  • i love you. you know who you are. this is your favorite song i still remember.

  • all of his music is very autobiographical in a way

  • damn

  • Thank you so much for uploading this awesome album in its entirety

  • i love this song... i relate with it... but then again i relate with all of elliott's songs

  • of course its about his mother, anyone who knows anything about Elliott smit can hear the constant references to his lifeand upbringing

  • @storytelling4 born in omaha, forced to move to tx. Song reminds me of my mom. not cause we moved or anything. everything else

  • i love elliott smith.

  • I think it is about his mom. Cause in waltz 2 he refered to her "she appears composed so he is I suppose"

and in this he says "not as composed as she appears"

  • I think this song is about his mom and himself. It's really sad.

  • like 90 percent of his songs?

  • Yep!

  • @ertwyu me too, you're probably right.At-least most of it.

  • Comment removed

  • here come your pride and joy,

the comic little drunk you call your boy

    lyrical and musical genius.

  • i love this song.

    it is super-great.

  • I agree. Elliott Smith is FREAKING AMAZING!!! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH

  • this song is just perfect
