Runescape has its quality in content, not graphics. Not to say I like Runescape, but I did play it a long time ago. For an old browser MMORPG, its not bad for when it was created. We have a lot better now, but some will not leave.

First of all, Runescape graphics are pretty bad. But based on the fact that they're using Java, it's really really really Good. Gotta give em props for that.

@Keyosu2 change the settings if your comp can handle it or upgrade your computer. If a person is playing the game and running a screen capture program it usually signifies they have a good machine to begin with and can get away with setting graphics to high. It makes a world of difference when you change from default to high in most games. It almost looks like a totally new game.
@shadowsong12345 guild wars isn't free... its just not subscription based. You still have to buy the software.

However, leveling for one person may take the same time as another, but its the player's perspective that makes the difference. I have not played so I could not judge the time. However, I do not see where henk0909 said anything about you not being able to hunt or quest correctly. It is true to most mmos that if you hunt in a higher lvl area, you'll level faster.

when i downloaded this game my AVG detected a trojan horse proxy and i installed it n now i think i got a virus cuz my AVG is detected alot of them so i reccomend to wait a while until acclaim fix it and download it then :(
@cuabn4lyfe AVG does not like the anti hacking program most of these games have. Gamemon or Gameguard are the two main ones. I can't remember the others off hand. Windows antivirus doesn't like them either. I'm sure its not a virus from the game. If you downloaded a virus, it was probably coincidence that it would install at that time. I know Aklaim, have played many of their games and even helped with a project a few years back... They wouldn't do that to you. I suggest getting a new antivirus.
