  • Thnk u..It came out great for me..Ur awesum and very gud at explaning..

  • Usually the chutneys for dosas/idlis are seaoned/ given tadka with rai, udad dal and so on...

  • You can temper the chutney with the above mentioned ingredients however it will taste as good as without the tempering!

    I have one thing to ask you if you can please how long we have to keep the rice soaked up and how long we have to keep after gringing the rice for raising.

  • Soak the rice for 5-6 hours and once you grind it allow it to ferment for 8-10 hours.
