"Federal Court Rules U.S. Government May Not Deliberately Subvert California's Medical Marijuana Laws (8/20/2008)" found on the ACLU website. People should proceed to ask their news outlets why they all avoided this story.
We are guaranteed "equal rights" and "equal protection" under the Constitution but only 4 people get Federal government's marijuana and anyone else that uses marijuana for medicine can be prosecuted by the Fed's.
This is illegal and can be challenged in the courts.

If you wanna smoke marijuana to help you out with your disease ask for it to be decriminalized, asking for it to be only available to you is not only selfish but its saying marijuana is harmful to society in the same breath
