  • notice there is nothing in this video about the lawsuits being wrongful in any way. The civil courts in this country are already vastly stacked against the victim (plaintiff). A few cases of questionable lawsuits are overpublicised to make it seem the other way. Try suing sometime. You'll find out. First off, if you're poor, forget it; all the lawyers act like no damage to your life has any meaning that can be financially defined since you're not "worth" anything. Then what counts as evidence

  • There wouldn't be lawsuits if wasn't for incompetence in the work-force and people holding vendettas. Even now, if I got hurt at a business and they were responsible. You damn right I would sue.
