Yes there is a Chinese version of this song... two of them actually. They are sung by Sammi Cheng (one in Mandarin Chinese, the other in Cantonese). Both have the same video and both of them are quite good. Search "Mei Fei Se Wu" (眉飛色舞) for Mandarin and for the Cantonese version, "煞科".

Also, Lee Jung Hyun sings this song in Japanese and the song itself is called "Dato". I encourage you to listen to all three of them.
