My only issue with birds in sleep videos is that my mind equates them with morning, with sunshine, not with falling asleep. So, I try to avoid the bird sounds. :-)

Haha, just let a girl of your choice listen to one of your videos and she'll instantly fall in love (or in trance, but that would be the same result, sort of!) :D I started listening to your videos every night so I could sleep better, because I'm usually not sleeping so well (If I sleep at all) and it really helps me. I really thank you for that and for making all those videos :)

One of your best videos this. Pace, flow, minimal word count (that helps relaxation!) with good choice of vocabulary, and a lot of confidence which only made me feel at ease/relaxed even more. Well done.

I sometimes wonder whether your listen to yourself back or even use these yourself to go asleep? I've tried doing a recording myself and its really/surprisingly hard to do properly so you have a gift.Good to have you back.
