My old man bought one of these in 76.Bright yellow it was and £940 brand new from Fletchers in Leeds.I was a kid at the time and it was the reason i got into biking when i was old enough.Lovely bike and my old man whos near 70 now still talks about its power and the smoothness of the engine.

félicitations, elle est bien conservée.

ce fut ma première grosse cylindrée, une f1 jaune avec double disque a l' avant.

Sous la pluie, il n' y avait plus de freins, c'est la seule 750 four détestée a cause de son pot d' origine.

Is it normal for the bike to idle so high? I have a 1975 CB750F that idles the same way. I have been trying to fix it but without any luck.

they are supposed to idle @ 1500rpm +/- 100rpm from what the original paperwork tells me. I have mine set around 1650/1700 but I have a kerker 4-1 system and I find 1500rpm doesnt sound as nice as 1600-1700 with it. My bike looked just like that but its slowly turning into a cafe racer now.

@OhhItsBob, you have probably already tried it but maybe the idle screws need adjusting, maybe?? i really dont know not too accustomed to dealing with so many cylinders. such a good bike though

I've been offered one of these for £1200. Is that a good price? Has no MOT or Tax but sounds sweet and starts first go. It's a Yellow colour and it looks beautiful apart from the owner painted the wheels silver.
