  • I caught smoking in public and since I broke the smoking band they can confiscate my clothes, jewelry, cash and my smart phone. But a bill to congress or senate to make smoking bans illegal!

  • 0:46 "they based the search on an anonymous tip"... I thought the 4th amendment stated that no warrant shall issue except upon oath or affirmation? how can "an anonymous tip" be an oath or affirmation?

  • fucking cops...we need to give cops extra punishment if they break the law for. abusive power.

  • Hey jw12crotchscratch, don't be a hater dude!!!! You don't have to trace my account - come meet me yourself - I'm sure if you troll along Detroit's north border I'll find you first... and I haven't had a donut since I got out of the police academy 16 years ago - too busy in the gym thinking of how to F with ignorant trash like you - thats an original joke - you think of that yourself??? R/E corporate masters, I don't see a dime of the money I seize dick-head, but I did just get a new K9 truck!

  • What a bunch of Asses to just take property. How awful!

  • The other day I locked up a guy for warrants and no driver's license - found some weed in his glove box - he was begging me to drive him to his house so he could get $2,000 cash he had stashed away to help pay for his bond - if I was that bad, I would have done it, then served him with his forfeiture papers at the police station... trust me, i thought about it... but I didnt.... I told him I couldnt drive him home..... instead I seized the $200 he already had on him and told him he was lucky!

  • @k9bambam Wow. There is some logic for ya. I'm sure that the warrants were unrelated to drugs and the amount of pot was obviousely less than a felony so basically you saying you took money that was not really the proceeds of illegal activity. Therefore your admitting that you stole $200 from the man and that he is actually lucky that you didn't steal more.

  • @k9bambam What a pig, stole $200 from someone, better hope no one can trace this account, law breaking swine. Thanks for giving us another example of pathetic pigs working for those corporate masters. Do you have to pray to CEOs before your shift at the doughnut shop? I bet a life of picking on pot smokers and eating doughnuts is so hard.

  • Fight abuse, record the state.

  • The cops raided a buddy of mines house for a half oz of pot......left with him and his dads life long guitair collection about 20 electric and 40 accostic.....i dont even wanna think about how much they they could have been worth.

  • The War on Drugs causes more problems than the drugs themselves

but it makes people large amounts of money, once it's illegal!

That drives the price up, and the government & police know it.

It's all a racket, just like everything else in America, these days...

  • Even if you don't care to smoke pot, by remaining silent over the "drug war" you are handing your children the legacy of a police state!

  • Wow! A whole 7 grams of marihuana! It's obvious that this is the nexus of an international cartel of drug distributors! The cops should have taken their drums, their guitars, all the amps, the house, the car, their kids, and the leashes off the dogs that they shot while they were at it!

And for those who would defend these criminals, remember, marihuana leads to ter'rism! I saw it on TV.

  • no scales ? no evidence of dealing ? wheres the probable cause ?

  • The names of these thugs need to be recorded.

After the 2nd American Revolution is over, we will put these F-ers on trial and throw away the key.

    WTF!!!

  • Well, at least the cops are facing charges this time.

  • Every dude I know who decided to become a cop, decided that only after he realized he utterly failed at everything else. Law enforcement is a job for the lowest intellectual rung of society, and they're in charge of our laws. We have people barely smarter than the criminals they're arresting enforcing our laws. NICE

  • @morrowrail that is the funniest and scariest thing is that there are people in costumes acting as Law Enforcement "Officials" with their magic tin badges and don't have a fucking clue about the Law. Hiring someone to enforce the Law that doesn't know the Law and cannot make a legal determination is like hiring a chef that can't cook or a DJ that can't count beats. The Attorneys are like the pimps and the cops are like the Ho's, out there fucking everything that moves and don't even know why.

  • Police have become the scum of the earth !!!

  • Police are dirty, useless pieces of shit. They do more harm then good. (You) "oh yea right, your shit would be stolen without them." Bitch if anyone tried to touch my shit i'd kill them. but then the police would come and ruin my life for that, oh hooray pigs

  • Police are dirty, useless pieces of shit. They do more harm then good. (You) "oh yea right, your shit would be stolen without them." Bitch if anyone tried to touch my shit i'd kill them. but then the police would come and ruin my life for that, oh hooray pigs

  • A.C.A.B.!

    >:O all cops are bastards!

    so true

  • derpp

  • there was a time in this nation's history when bandits sit by the roadside ,waited to hit u over the head & take ur money. the ppl hired police. the cops moved in & run off the bandits. now the police sit by the side of the road and wait to hit u over the head & take ur money..& the accusation is based on the assumption that u are involved in criminal activity simply because, you aren't suppose to possess that undetermined amount of cash in ur possession. Now u know what congress thinks of u.

  • @Zhvri too common sense. it would show that 80% of what cops do all day violates the laws of the land. their conviction rate would drop dramatically. The easy pickins' that funds the court system would be revealed to the ppl that turn a blind eye to what they deem as a "necessary evil".. If weed alone was legalized that, would rob the police of a vast majority of their probable cause to search cars & homes. They would rarely confiscate anything cause, real drug addicts don't own anything..

  • these crooks have violated every principle of the Constitution in this war on weeds. Whole police depts funded by the home you worked all your life for. They take it and don't even have to charge you with a crime. The house is guilty! Guilty inanimate objects, illegal weed that grows wild nationally and rubber stamped no knock death warrants. However, CONGRESS KNEW THIS WHEN THEY PASSED THE LAWS.The mafia has nothing on the organized crime in Washington DC

  • i was targeted for seizure of my home. they just pick what houses they want & then they set out to demonize the homeowner. i happened to grow my own food so, i had all the "intricate growing systems" for illegal drugs. just the idea of making a plant illegal has opened many doors for these criminals. the sad thing is there are many police depts across the u.s. that are funding their fleet of dodge chargers and infrared toys from the wallets of working class ppl that are asset rich & cash poor.

  • What kind of lame ass jugde gives out search warrants based on whats in someones trash? Anyone could put anything in someones trash out on the street. A tip from someone that does not want the police to know who they are? Come on people, this is complete bullshit. The police using the law to steal stuff.

  • These 'cops' belong in jail. Behold the power of video cameras, bad cops!! Everyone has one too.

  • police officer slams open the door points his finger and says "STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM pay the court a fine or serve your sentence, your stolen goods are now forfeit!!!"

  • What I wanna know is...why were they digging through his garbage????

  • WAR ON DRUGS DESTROYS AMERICA

  • If you get arrested, watch all your personal stuff disappear when you get released. Watches, whatever you have on you, stuff like that... you'll get some of it back, some of it will just disappear.

  • Search warrants should be much harder to get. Anyone seen the video where the SWAT busts in a guys door and shoots his dogs over a couple grams of weed and a pipe?

Now they found a stem in this guy's trash and that gives them the right to barge in and start ransacking personal property? This is tyranny.

  • I am glad I smoke my stems. Dont judge me weed is hard to come by in my town!

  • @jamesvargas1989 Where do you live the North Pole ?

  • They really take the literal sense of the word "raid" to a new level. "OMG GUYS LOOK AT THE PHAT LOOTS THIS BOSS DROPPED". Return & tabulation? more like Loot table.

  • They tried to take a greyhound bus once because a passenger had dope on him...

  • *Ahem*

    PIGS. FUCKING PIGS.

  • I bet they never get their stuff back, the way the laws are written they can get away with murder.

  • This is what happens when we allow our politicians to enact laws that violate the Constitution. Forfeiture laws are a violation of the Fourth Amendment. no property is to be seized without a warrant specifying exactly what is being sought.

Obviously, these cops were not members of the Oath Keepers. Now you see why we need to have military and law enforcement officers that will abide by the law, especially the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution.

  • I 'm very surprised more citizens just don't outright shoot the cops for stealing their stuff, especially if they invade their home.

  • This shit happens every day. The way drug laws are written and enforced have become the greatest money making system for police. Why do you think every underfunded hick town in America has a 12 man drug enforcement team with body armor, fully automatic rifles, battering rams, ect. These laws encourage a corrupt police state. Why do you think America has more prisoners than China, Russia and Iran combined.

  • zoo

  • Perfect example of how mankind is basically good (sarcasm).

  • Of course the pigs are going to pig out when given the chance

  • Change the law. Stop giving police incentive to act like pigs.

  • Stinky Pig Cops.

  • Fuck the po-po!!!

  • ...and cops wonder today why they are losing respect.

  • the police pulled my friend over and took his son's birthday present, a Nintendo Wii

  • @theshaggyshow He probably forgot his kid's birthday.

  • I support the police, but as a matter of policy, police should not serve as judges - and that is exactly why our Constitution was drafted as it was.

  • Holy crap! I hope these evil cops go to jail with people they arrested!

  • @carolm62 Go to jail for what? They claim what they do is legal. Besides who would put them there? Civil asset forfeiture is a means that is used to provide law enforcement agencies with equipment they can't afford to buy for themselves. They take guns, boats, houses, cash or anything else they want. Sometimes they sell it off and sometimes they keep it for their own use. They're not going to voluntarily stop such a lucrative practice and no other gov agency will stop it because they benefit too

  • @shooter348 An article I had read about this case stated that these cops now face criminal charges. I'm sure that is only because this was made public and makes the cops and the state look like the evil parasites they are. They want to be thugs but they just don't want people to know how totally thuggish they really are....

You make a good point. The law is technically on their side. I don't know how they can be prosecuted for "legally stealing."

  • @carolm62 The corrupt crony-politicians made the forfiture laws. Blame the War on Drugs aka War on Americans aka Authoritarian Tyranny.

  • Absolute power...
