This Sauce is for beginners, I just use it like tomato ketchup, Doesn't really burn at all, It mainly acts on the throat and then the tongue after You swallow it.

I'm becoming immune to the ghost pepper sauce now so anyone got idea's for a replacement?

We have had this, pretty hot, but tasted like lacker thinner, taste was awful! Heat, very powerful. Not nearly the best we have had.

I've just done the same with this sauce and didn't really think it was that hot, I bought some "insanity" sauce thought and that killed me! Don't like the taste one little bit though, too extracty, nasty!!!

this is a great hot sauce,retails for about £5 on the net..but check out Asda as some stores sell it for £2.98.. {i stocked up!}

good work but you are either crazy or that wasn't the real sauce there. I have this sauce, - i put 6 of the smallest drops in a huge chilli con carne and still blew eveyones mouth off. I dont see how anyone can take this sauce pure like that!

Asda sell this - I picked up a bottle, really enjoy it - I agree it would work well with a Steak. I mix it into some Hot Woodsmoke BBQ sauce and have it with chicken dippers/goujons/nuggets. A spoonful and 1/2 is definetly overkill haha. Its a good sauce to mix to counteract the extract flavour though. Good review.

Hi Mike,

Basically, people with heart and respiratory problems are advised not to eat very hot foods and the company are legally covering their backs (Warning the customer of heat levels so they don't get sued or taken to court etc...) Plus, to the non experienced chili eater, this sauce would be classed as 'painfully hot' =) Hope that explains it for you dude!

i've just gone through the entire Encona range. quite hot , but not too bad. most bearable. but very vinegary.

i like a lip burn immensely. it's the tongue burn i dislike.

The company that produces then mainstream Tabasco Sauce has come out with a new Habanero based sauce... that will be the next sauce I test out... I like all mouth burns it's the throat that gets me.... =)

by the way u should try my milkshake: 1 blender, 3-4 scoops of icecreem, 3-4 habaneroes, and a hand full of ur fruits of choice. this will give u a hell of a kick hehe:)
