Sweet video and sweet music! I thought something was wrong with my computer because the last vid I watched was a Bouncing Souls song... and now Bad Religion. Awesome
You should drill a hole in the tread of the tire and put and I-bolt in it. Then hook the chain to it. The more surface area of the tire touching the ground the harder it will be. Nice workout!
this one is ten pounds, looking to get a bigger one, i busted my 12 pounder. Maybe an 18 or 20 pound would be killer. But i must say, after a few swings, the ten takes its toll.
You know I'd be hard pressed to mention an Idea that you don't know about Matt, you very well versed in your knowledge of strength training and exercises. And you take action and that means the world, '' Well Done is always Better than well Said''.
I've found that some Medium/Heavy farmers walks are a great finisher for me, 3-4 minutes straight of walking under pressure will pack on some extra muscle fast!!! keep your knees slightly bent, and upper body slightly forward for extra strain.
All's I got right now is a 10 cu ft double wheelbarrel with about 350lbs of dirt and water(mud), I walk it up and down the block until I can't stand it! My traps are super sore by the next day. I like it because instead of just holding the weight you also have the extra strain of pushing the weight.
