  • It continues to irk me how the people who destroyed local television are now complaining, hats in hand, that the local TV model is "broken." Get it through your heads, corporate morons. We can watch GM commercials, American entertainment "news" and banal sitcoms on any of 500 cable channels. Give us local programming worth watching, and we'll watch more local television. How difficult is that?
