wow! heavy but stupid,dont u think if u low abit of weigts u can do 2 more reps n correctly ,also youl have your body better worked with less risk of injurys n later on a next chance to play with that amount of weigts better..yo ur back n knees its something u dont expose like that to injurys

As in a bottom-start squat? I did them once or twice, but it's been a very long time. Why do you ask? Do you think these would be beneficial in helping me through that sticking point?
