@chrisdrynan Glad it helped, YES, locking the document is the #1 thing I see that people don't know to do. (That, or they are like me and know but keep forgetting to do it after editing the document/template.) I don't think I show it in my video but in Word 2007 and 2010 you can also get to the "lock" stuff at the far right end of the REVIEW tab.
That really helped. I couldn't work out why my form wasn't working before.... protect the document! Many thanks.
