  • whyda fuck you yellin?

  • @sugersweetbee it makes me feel better about myself.

  • I could touch rim in HS at only 5'6" 135 lbs. Now I'm 5'8" 200 34yrs bodybuilder/jiu jitsu guy. Don't think I could touch net now :(

  • @johnnyu3 when I was 5'6, I was the worst basketball player on the face of the earth.

  • jamar ergas, 6'2, grade 9.

  • @WeedGuyTV O_o

  • @WeedGuyTV sweet theres a girl at my school thats in 5th grade and shes 6'4. her mom is 6'10 and dad is 6'7

  • @nobonogaoda haha you had me laughing my ass off

  • @FlynamicDuo i wasnt kidding lmao

  • @nobonogaoda oh haha I thought you were being a smartass because that guys comment was random as hell

  • @FlynamicDuo o lmao nope i wasnt but if u wanna get a laugh out of it think of it that way. ill do it too now we can both laugh and still have a good day.

  • Respond to this video... in the 9th grade i was 6'1

  • yea how long do you do the exercises and how many times of a week do you do them?

  • @fryswell I did them 2-3 times a week and it strongly depended on which exercises I was doing. Another important factor is your physical ability/

  • How often a week did u do the exercises? And for how long?

  • @FrolickingTV I have been experimenting with all kinds of exercises lately so I can't answer that on a personal level. All that stuff is ultimately decided by the physical abilities of the athlete.

  • im 5 6 not done growing (8th grade) but i can touch backboard about how many inches will this give my vertical. Righ now mine is 23 in.

  • @corv22 it all depends on how hard you work, my friend. it's definitely within reach.

  • i need to start using mine again!

  • @MrMikecarp not only that, but you need to vouch for me that these things work because some people on here seem to have a 4 foot stick up there ass about it. good luck with your training though buddy!

  • @FlynamicDuo ya they work i used mine for a week last year when i was an 8th grader and it was the best thing ive done for my jumping. idk why i stopped

  • @MrMikecarp staying motivated is far from an easy task

  • Ok I'm 6ft6 and I just turned 15 I'm from Bakersfield CA, and started on varsity.. I can barley dunk right now because I weigh 270 pounds... I'm going to get these in one week and I want to know if this will increase my vertical at least 5 to 7 inches so I can just stand underneath the rim and dunk... I really want well results and the amount they cost is expensive so I want to know I'm not getting ripped off.....

  • @MegaIsaac09 it's hard to say. if you can still dunk, even if it is "barely", than these SHOULD help you do standing dunks without a problem. I would certainly make sure to train hard though.

  • hey man..im just a 5'10 tall and i cant dunk barely touch the rim..and im buying jumpsoles soon..can you help me with the exercises man??..and yeah im not from your country im from phil...

  • @BonVanLei absolutely! shoot me any question you have and I will gladly answer them all! and where is Phil? I can't say I've heard of it

  • Whats with the scream? To show the bench who dominates?

  • @Seektruth1st lmao my friends are ALWAYS asking me about it. It's really almost like a natural reaction for me to be honest. It happens with rebounds and blocks too. IDK, you're guess is as good as mine, my friend.

  • @FlynamicDuo Ha ha I know man I was just stirring...must be a good feeling.

  • @Seektruth1st ha yeah it was fun. I was going through a phase where I thought jumping over things made me hot sh*t. Now I just want to do more athletic dunks in general.

  • Honestly how high could you get before you jumpsoles. I want to get a pair. I'm your height and cant dunk. Only can touch rim. How well do they work and how often should I use them. What would you recommend? Really appreciate it.

  • @aaabball415

    A. Before Jumpsoles, I could touch rim. Maybe a light grab once in a blue moon.

    B. They work great. Use them 2-3 times a week and you'll be a happy camper.

    Good luck!

  • @FlynamicDuo Ok thanks man. What kind of workouts do you do with them?

  • @FlynamicDuo Ok thanks man. What kind of exercises to you do with them?

  • @aaabball415 I have some videos on my channel that show the exercises I like to do. Check them out :)

  • @FlynamicDuo great I would really appriciate that. I'm just trying to father as much info from others to try to get max results and stuff. But thanks

  • @FlynamicDuo it's starting to get cool so I have to resort to my basement which is roomy enough for some drills. What drills do you do exactly? Do you follow the guide that comes with it?

  • @dominsmith I am actually about to post a video by the end of the day that contains work outs that you can do when confined to a basement, garage, or other indoor area.

  • hey do you do it every other day?

  • @danzelbrian22 I leave 2 days of rest in between

  • @FlynamicDuo thanks man

  • hey do you do it every other day?

  • Lucky Ass Lol

  • @BestOfLakerz what can I say!

  • thanks bro

  • @lakerpic yup!

  • how consisten have you been? ive been doin them but not after every two days and i seemed to lose my gains how many sets does your workout consist of?

  • @lakerpic I have been VERY consistent, doing the workout whenever the 48 hour rest period was over with. We did 3 sets of work outs usually but if the heat was to intense or if there was a storm coming we would do 2. Drink your water.

  • Thanx! I have jumpsoles as well! How long did it take u to dunk and wut wud u say I need to do to take it to da next level?

  • Thanx! I have jumpsoles as well! How long did it take u to dunk and wut wud u say I need to do?

  • @AtomicCrane it took me maybe 4 weeks to dunk, but I added over an inch a week since the start. You should do a lot of calf raises and a lot of box jumps. If you have bleachers near you, you should consider using those also. I have training videos posted, check them out and have at it!

  • Nice man! Im tryin to dunk soon myself! I can barely touch rim tho! its so discouraging!

  • @AtomicCrane Thanks! As long as you're motivated and dedicated, than you'll be throwin' down soon too. After a couple weeks of training though, you really have to push yourself. ESPECIALLY after you can finally dunk regularly. You can't get satisfied with a one hander.
