I accidentally beat Aria of Sorrow. Death was like the third boss I killed. Dracula... yeah... after I got the bat ability... I kind of rofl-pwned him. I killed like 5 or 6 bosses the entire game... :/

@UnwaveredFaith First of, you don't fight against Dracula in either Aria of Sorrow or Dawn of Sorrow and there are not 'optional bosses' you have to actually defeat all the bosses to advance to where you fight Graham.

I think she made this arrangement and, but AoS's Heart of Fire is a remix of Castlevania 1's Heart of Fire and Haunted Castle's Don't Wait Until Night, neither of which she composed originally. She did compose a good minute of music to link the two songs, though.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, now THATS worth checking out.

For DS, there is also Portrait of Ruin. A little different from the others as far as cast goes, but generally similiar gameplay and story. Then there is Circle of the Moon on GBA, which is so-so. To note, not all the castlevanias use sorrow's soul system, so you may need to backtrack if you want a particuliar sub weapon.

The Sorrow games have gotten songs from Haunted Castle. The first half of this song is Don't Wait Until Dark, and in Dawn of Sorrow, they have the Clock Tower theme from that game in the Mine of Judgment.
