Thanks for the memories guys..you've never missed a road trip...break up..girls night in..you've been with me every step of my adolesence!
You know what I've always wanted? The recorder music for this song....I've always had a play around trying to work it out by ear..but it'd be supercool to get it right!!
Shosh........do you know if they'd see this? ha ha...maybe you could pass on my request for me...pretty please?
I'm glad Angie wore white so we could see her as well as hear her! I worked in a music store when Marvin the Album came out. Thank god the label gave it out as a promo or I may have never heard of Frente. (I still have the promo). :)
thank you for posting this video! i saw them live, back when i lived in houston.. at a venue named "numbers".. they opened the show for the violent femmes.. i hope that someday i get to see them on tour again..
Check out the Frente`! song "SAME". (There are also 2 other 'recent' (past 3 years) songs on a 3 c.d. album (severely over-priced) (distributor?). Great song. Thank you for adding this video.
WOW! I never knew they did ANYTHING in the past decade, but that sounds wonderful. I've been on a nostalgia kick lately, and they were one of my favorites, so I thought I'd check them out on you tube. I was not disappointed....
it´s a shame that there is no frente live videos from back in 90´s... I really adore this band, but, I guess I´ll never see them in a full performance on stage. Hope I´m wrong...
Beautiful! Intimate surroundings and darkness add to the splendor and impacting simplicity of the song... beautiful, I'm glad someone captured this. brings back memories from '94...
n March 2004, Angie Hart (vocals) and Simon Austin (guitar) played two Frente shows as an acoustic duo in Los Angeles and New York. The shows were welcomed by fans and were consequently repeated in September 2004.
Saw the flyer for the show in the East Village ONE DAY after it happened. This was one of my BIGGEST BUMMERS, EVER! :-/
