If this was the "For those about to Rock" tour, which I think it is, It was the first time i've seen AC/DC in concert. Seen them 4 times live. I hope they come around again I missed that last tour. Dam economy.
they came of age here,, i saw an earlier gig at the oakland stadium 1979,,,, they were a bit timid,, but here they rip the cunts throats right out,, no fucking about ,, well done boys !!!!!!
staggering to rock Detroit like that,, Angus is the fuckin real deal,, in a world of fakes and flakes,, thank you Angus,, the hardest working cat in rock and roll,, xxx
well, if you want clips of them touring over the years buy AC/DC's "Plug Me In", but buy the three disk set, its hell lot better than the two disk. But, I'm not sure where you can this whole concert. But if you're interested in other AC/DC dvd's you can also get "Family Jewels", "Live at Donnington", and "No Bull".
@VOLTAGE28 it's ok and well his name was stevie young it's alright everyone at one point misspells someone's name but it was just a mistake you made it's all cool
@MetalChicano the drummer in this video is Phil Rudd, but he left AC/DC few weeks after this video. After him Simon Wright was drummer until 1990, then Chris Slade until 1995, and then Phil came back to AC/DC -> this is also AC/DCs todays formation
@angus0young0germany That's Simon Wright. Phil left before the tour started. Simon left in '89 and Slade left in '94. Ballbreaker was released with Phil Rudd on it in '95.
AAAhhhh .... there's a 10 minutes guitar solo starting the next second ... I have this show from the middle on VHS and I'm currently seeking the whole thing but it's hard to find ... there's bits of it on a few DVD but I'm lloking for the whole show ... so if anyone knows where to find it (VHS, DVD, torrent, !!, etc ...) PLEASE let me know !
O my god this is a good version of let there be rock. Angus is playing great here. These where the good old days. Im going to see them in rotterdam and paris i cant wait.... Rock and roll aint no riddle man it makes good good sence rock and roll aint noise polution rock and roll aint gonna die!!! long live ACDC!!!!!!
Yes, Angus was rocking the house that night, I was there too.
It was the second time I saw AC/DC. I just saw them in Detroit on the Black Ice tour. Angus still kicks ass. I honestly didn't expect him to put on such a show at age 53.
Don't underestimate Angus Young, He still kicks ass!

There aren't many things I like with Simon Wright on the drums cause of my giant man-crush on Phil Rudd but I definitely can groove to this.
