Sims 2 Free Time - Working on the car

I just tried to do that on my game, but it never lets my sims work on the engine. Every time I try the option just disappears like I never requested it.

I have the sims 2 freetime and I cant buy that "ruined car" there is no that car on the list, someone help me!!!!

@Mikko9009 look throught the big telescope and u will eventually get abducted by aliens and your sim will give birth to an alien 3 days later =)

The thing i hate is u can only work on one car and still its cool u get to paint it any color but i'd like more varity if u know anyone or some website i can possibly get more plz comment back to me thankssss =)

If you are buying the restorable car then it is in the hobby Section I think.

on freetime can you go to clubs. or drive cars around.

you can drive cars and go to clubs. but to go to clubs you must have nightlife or deluxe.
