How was it possible with Jerry Heller the old music business pro at the wheel, that Dre and the others left Ruthless? It was a breach of contract and even if Ruthless collected royalties after Dre left this almost killed the Ruthless label.
It's almost like it was a deal behind Eazy's back, to set up Death Row with Suge who didn't know shît about the biz, just to draw 2Pac into a death trap.

Also, a 6 year exclusive producer/artist deal? Dre was an idiot for signing onto that, but maybe it guaranteed him some cash and he had no idea how successful he'd be.
