first they must come up with a small idea, then they come with the title then the story, and the story takes so long that the graphics don't have too much time to be developed due to the fact that when nintendo delay's things people get angry... so nintendo want's to try not to delay games and that is why most games have crappeh graphics. but the graphics are not what make the game... the story + the player is what makes the game good
Story doesnt make the game dude.. Do you seriously need a storyline to play DONKEY KONG? Graphics matter just as much as the story.. Btw your wrong, since Nintendo DS games actually have quite good graphics.. MPH looks better than ANY N64 game ever made.. And COD MWM is awesome too.
im pretty sure u meant 512 MEGABITS , not megabytes though, and that takes up to 64megabytes...therefor, in japan they released giga cards (up to 1gb space...also note, not gigabyte, its gigabit , and that means, the largest cartridges for the nds can hold up to 128mb..)thats about it..
p.: but they cost like 20 times of a single cartidge, so in fact thats why u cant see a lot nds games taking up to 128mb of space (except some very hardcore japanese hyper mega idk rpg 's....
Actually the largest cartidge on the DS as of now is 512 mb.. MEGABYTES.. The exact amount of memory on the DS carts is unknown.. It could be 1 gb for all we know. And are you stuck in 2007? 128 mb was passed a LONG time ago..
The Homebrew Game is rich in graphics and is well done, however... this must have been a short computer skil project beacuse in the game, theres not much you can do.

I'm neither psp fan or hater.. I don't even own a psp but you seem to hate the PSP even without knowing that it runs 2D pretty well. I do know cuz my friend got one.. If you're interested.. I tried the demo on my DS already and shadows were just simple circle shapes.. maybe it's just becaus of the module I've used.
This game looks great, butit´s a little bit small and there is no music, pls work hard on this game, I want the full version^^ And after this u make an Zelda or a real Sonic (The Hedgehog) game
This is just fantastic, I'm interested in DS programming after seeing this, I'm more of a graphics artist but I'm learning C++ at the moment and I checked some tutorials for DS programming and it doesn't seem to be that difficult. Only thing I need is a DS flashcard.
Because real companies might want more than two characters on-screen at once. Also, OP mentioned there's no game logic yet so he might have to scale down the looks once that goes underway.
