My opinion is that he just doesn't bother with asking to cut these questions but it's just such a very very stupid question to ask. And rude and cruel. What the fuck does that have to do with anything? I mean it sure made a huge impression on who he is today (for example that he has no children) but it's also very private

I've seen that whole interview, and I really didn't care for the guy who was doing it... Props to Alan for getting through it without telling the guy to "stick it", for lack of better terms.
