  • I like your strong arms. Please flex your biceps?

  • bring the bar right down to your collar bone

  • Your doing partial repetitions, if you do a FULL range of motion you will achieve better results.

    (ie: you will be incorporating more of the deltoid)

  • I find it easier on the lower back to do those with one leg back and on forward. Try it and see what you think. Seated is good too.

  • U did that easy i bet u can lift way more then that for reps

  • you press overhead as much as i do!!

  • So strong! Make one video with arm wrestling pls!
