香港衰落是必然的，因为越来越多的很多转口贸易不再过港，比如两岸贸易，以前香港可以利用大陆封闭的经济来获得中间人的利益，实际上也是依靠十几亿人的劳动。哪怕香港不回归，这种利益分配也会逐渐被打破，还有人真以为是殖民带来的好处。没有大陆，香港马上断水断电断粮，连猪都当不成。

1。中共给刘的罪名是颠覆国家，尺度可以讨论，不过刘就其言论而言，绝对不是个爱国者，除了300年殖民论之外，刘晓波还有侮辱国人的种族主义言论，这些言论即使按照西方的标准也已经过了线。昨天亚洲另一个民主之星韩国刚港逮捕了三名公开表示支持朝鲜的人，美国陷害阿桑奇，不知道这些算什么case。
2。你觉得刘那句话怎么理解才不断章取义？我之前也问过很多次，结果你绕了半天在最后上个帖子里来了句“他说的是对的”，承认了刘确实是殖民轮，现在又要反悔？

西方式民主是指西方对于其理想中的人民作主的一种诠释，现在人类对政治制度的研究还离完善的程度很远，请不要迷信西方的解释而丧失独立思考能力，因为那是和民主精神相悖的。

劉曉波有關「殖民300」的言論是在20多年以前的一次媒體訪問中，提到的。刊登在「 香港《解放月报》1988年12月号 」有興趣可以查閱一下全文。
而此次頒發給劉曉波的諾貝爾和平獎是針對他長期以和平方式倡導中國國家改革終而被捕的事件。
劉曉波因為提出「聯邦共和國」的說法而遭到定罪，可是所謂「聯邦共和國」正是中國共產黨在二大和七大提出來並老早就確立了的革命方向，更有中國共產黨在黨報喊出「民主的美國萬歲！」這樣的口號。翻些陳年舊賬也無非都是些支離破碎的一知半解，如果劉曉波是一心與中共對抗或者期待中國天下大亂，那他為什麼在87年發表了『殖民』言論後，89年又在民運中主張和平方式表達主張，規勸民運學生撤離天安門廣場呢？你能回答麼？我猜你不能，因為你也不懂。我也不需要你回答，因為你不過是千千萬萬個一知半解的中國憤青中的一個，我的信息來源一定不會依賴你這種渠道。
真不明白你們翻牆出來自說自話的些CCTV的通稿有什麼意思，不能花時間多作作功課再學人辯論麼，動不動就國家民族的，誰給你的權利代表國家民族講話啊，真是可笑。

@manchumuq 首先第一点我想说的是：不要总是拿什么民主和自由来扣帽子，西方真正进步的原因是教育和科技，你看看在非洲和拉美这么多国家都推行所谓的民主，有几个国家能够达到所谓的欧美的文明程度，再回看历史，也不要说什么欧美什么民主自由是他们的赖以发展的根本，这些都错了，依然是教育和科技。只有普遍的人都受到了教育，有自己的见解和想法，那些所谓的愚民，独裁会不攻而破，同时也不要说什么西方先进多少年，回看西方历史，他们差不多用了400-500年来去中东和亚洲化，同样的事情现在正在发生在世界各地，没有一个文明是所谓的先进文明。同时我想说的是：如果没有成吉思汗子嗣在欧洲的战争，摧毁了教廷的中世纪统治，欧洲依然在黑暗的中世纪，宗教迫害依然严重。

@liupiyao 第一，民主和自由並不是我的核心論點。所以後面很多的什麼歷史啊現在的，我猜應該並不是針對我的發言說的。
再者，我同意你關於教育和科技的看法，但是這裡又涉及到了文化和民主自由本身，若一個國家一代一代人所學到的文化、所認知的世界是由一個唯一當權者的好惡所定的標準，那麼你如何期待這樣的文化教育可以培養出合適的人才呢？你喜歡講歷史，不用扯到中世紀，回頭看看文革期間，連關於鄧小平、劉少奇錯誤路線的批判都可以公然寫入代數，如此教育，你覺得不是現在中國社會大量中年人失業、國民素質低下的根本原因麼？那樣一個時代之所以會來到這樣一個時代，本身就是因為黨內不同聲音得到了彰顯和表達，從而轉變成改革的方略，然後才是今天的經濟發展。
其次，拉美和非洲真正實現民主的國家是鳳毛麟角的，而事實情況卻恰恰相反：講拉美你可以對比一下巴西和古巴。非洲還用再說麼，除了南非以外，哪個國家實現了民主？有幾個國家不是迫害異己、殘殺同性戀者、軍閥混戰、人命視若糞土的威權國家？我真懷疑我們討論的是不是一個星球的話題。
關於歐洲中世紀到文藝復興的歷史，我建議你還是不要用國內憤青論壇的版本了，實難登大雅之堂。

@manchumuq 我想告诉你的事我研究的欧洲历史是以Europe， A History 作者： Norman Davies，难道他的作品也难登大雅之堂，同时我想告诉你的是：你说的拉美和非洲真正实现民主的国家凤毛麟角，我同意，但你想过根源吗？还是因为教育，所谓的比较开化的，依然是教育走在前面。而欧美国家为什么热衷于发展那里的所谓的医疗和所谓的人道主义援助，而单单回避对教育的投入，我想你自己很清楚。同时请不要没事就乱扣别人不是在这个星球这样的帽子，这并不让你自己显得多么的睿智。

@liupiyao 首先，當你打算用任何史料作為論據支持你論點的時候，需要將原文引述並註明出處，而並不是用你的理解來代表一個歷史觀點，然後再告訴別人你是從哪本書看來的，這樣並不是一個合適的歷史討論方式，對嗎？當然前提是你對自己的見解足夠認真的話。
其次，若是胡圖族與圖西族沒彼此不論老少而大開殺戒，或許還有可能對教育作投入，你如果對非洲局勢稍微有一點了解的話，你就會清楚，所有獨裁當權者維護獨裁統治的基本手段就是迫害知識分子，知識分子都成了腐屍的情況下，用什麼教育？你覺得僅僅作硬體投入就能解決教育問題麼？
有關西方民主國家對非援助的問題你的觀點實在是很可笑，發達國家對非援助的形式主要是以政府倡導，而由NGO主導進行的。以美國為例，對非援助項目中，從教育到醫療，從民生到弱勢群體問題援助都是世界上規模最大、範圍最廣、人數最多的，是中國根本不能比擬的。而你所比較的僅僅是中國政府援助項目和西方國家的政府援助項目。這是一個典型的偷換概念的說法，首先政府有責任對納稅人繳納的稅賦去向和回報率負責；其次，因為中國沒有真正獨立於政府的慈善性NGO來作對外援助項目，因此當然有任何援助項目都是政府名下的了。

@manchumuq 回到正题，刘晓波关于300年的殖民言论，你可以在wikipedia上搜到，并不是什么中共扣的帽子，而且更让人无法接受的是：他无意收回。这一点，我相信决大多数正常的人都无法接受。至于他成为了不同政见的受迫害者，说的好听点那叫做他的斗争艺术不行，说的不好听点是他太想上位，想踩着自己民族的肩膀上让自己走的更远，这一点更无法接受。

@liupiyao 關於殖民三百年的說法，我想我的看法在前面說得也比較清楚了，我個人認為這是他的一種表達，首先我們不要斷章取義的去理解他的話，其次我也講了他這話是發表在1988年香港「解放月刊」12月號上的，並無意否認。而我要說的是：即使他就是一個認為中國人應該被殖民300年的人，憲法也賦予了他講這話的權利，而這是他22年前發表的看法，若是有任何違法情節，我想一直生活在中國大陸的他，應該已經為此付出代價了。
最後，我個人所要表達的是一個基本的，關於中國公民合法權利的問題，而遠不是什麼民主自由，甚至我個人都不認為中國有條件、有能力一夜之間成為民主國家，變革成本過大而導致社會動盪，就等於重複中共建政初期的錯誤。
但是，憲法賦予了中國公民有關言論自由的權利，劉曉波究竟是因為哪一個具體行為而觸犯了憲法中有關「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」？如果是因為他參與起草簽署了「零八憲章」，我想請問『零八憲章』中哪一個具體主張涉及「煽動顛覆國家政權」？
依法審判是司法主權當然不容褻瀆，但問題是其司法程序是否依法。這樣的質疑是受中國憲法第41條保護的。
中國的司法審判標準是不是也要像互聯網關鍵詞封鎖一樣撲朔迷離呢？

Tyranny, in the form of communism alone has brought death to millions. Look at Mao's monstrous crimes, especially his manufactured famines through to Stalin's purges and labour camps, Pol Pot's killing fields (the Khmer Rouge were supported by China) and North Korea's millions of famine victims.

Apprrently your logic fails.
Faming in North Korea doesn't necessarily mean demoncracy is related to peace. One counter example is that Saudi Arabia, a non demoncracy country has far less people died of famine than India, in absolute number or relative ratio. You example actually shows that demoncracy is not related to peace, and that there's a political purpose of giving a "peace" prize to someone promoting western demoncracy.
