This is not parkour nor freerunning, its doing flips in a mall...Parkour is about getting from point A to point B as fast and efficiently as possible, so instead of going down stairs, you jump, vault over things dont go around, and climb instead of use stairs ecct. and im not sure but i think free running is just the samme..

to me free running is adapting to any environment and using your knowledge *and strength* to run,jump,vault through it with fluid motions

And btw, Parkour isn't really something you can have an organized competition for. It's just getting from Point A to Point B in as little time as possible. There are almost no situations where a flip would help you do that. Whatever you are calling a "Parkour Competition" isn't real Parkour in my book. And pal, I do Parkour myself.

It most often keep speed going if you, say, jump over something quickly, or climb over something quickly rather than running around. For examples, skipping over a short bench and keeping your speed up, or climbing over a 10 ft. wall rather than running the 1 mile distance around.
