thats seems slow. i just bought a gt, on stock turbo, front mount intercooler and a stage 2 seb chip. Running 1.2 bar of boost which is maxium on a stock turbo, the thing flys! i have a blow off on mine and that light dont come on.
this is check engine lamp. and it light up because of blow off valve. When the valve release the compressed air,the ECU generate MAF-mass air flow Error and then clear it. there is nothing to worry about.
In my GT the temp. is always a little bit below half, unless stucking in traffic when around half and a bit higher. I assume you've got enough cooling liquid ;)

@bmxdan08 i dont know about the UK insurance,because i'm from Bulgaria. The turbo is with ported (+4mm) compressor part and bigger wheel.

no its not engine management light is a universal symbol tht looks like the engine... that red light is your injectors/pump i had a punto

@Rafalinek yea,yea,i have one punto gt3 stage 3 255ps and for 2 and 1/2 years always temperature was 3/4 the most of the day......
Never a problem.As any one can see THE PROBLEM STARTS WHEN GO TO THE RED LINE.....
