@weed4for2d0llars because that's how Seth MacFarlane used to do the character. If you watch the old episodes from season 1, you'll notice Stewie had a heck of a lisp. Slowly, as the seasons progressed, Seth lessened the lisp. In more recent episodes, Stewie has almost no lisp.

Your Peter in the beginning wasn't very good it kinda sounded like him but it kinda almost sounded wrong, but the 2nd was better. Quagmire was a little off. Joe was really good. Tom tucker wasn't good. The creepy old guy was like the best Ive heard. You actually get the whistles. Your Stewie impression wasn't too bad. Sometimes it seems your not forceful enough with your speech. Suddenly making it that way makes the impersonation - the emotion behind the words your saying. Morton was good too.
