The sweep should be shot!!! There is no way you can control a dragon boat with a T Bar sweep oar if the thing has gone offline like this....particularly with a strong crew. The ONLY safe thing to do is to stop the boat and regain control. I hope this sweep lost his/her accreditation for this terrible event...which was wholly avoidable.
