technically, this is no emulator, and the games are no roms. but it's the word that describes it best for most of the people, i give you that. ;)

hey u should get Nesiod from the market, much better emulator, and get download crutch so u can download roms straight to your phone and ply right away

Awesome! I love ScummVM! That's great that it's on Android now. Awesome.

By the way shinobiwan, the way it works is that you want to go right to the directory that stores a game file in it, and then hit Choose. Choose doesn't mean "open this folder", it means it's going to detect whether a recognized game is in that folder. So when you first selected Choose in your video, you were in your root scumm directory, which in itself doesn't contain any game files. Hope that clarifies it for you.

actually it may be a while.  The game is over 1gb and i only have the 1gb SD card that came with it. So i don't have enough storage space. (-_-)

Yes, I know that is over 1gb because I have the game on my Nokia n95 with 4gb card, ( if you find "Monkey Island N95" on youtube, you can see the game in action on my telephone! :-) Thanks for the test ;-)

Yeah man I just tried it for a few minutes, and it works beautifully. In-game sound and animation is smooth and plays cutscenes and everything exactly like normal. Touch screen works as mouse, and the Monkey 3 interface uses long-press for item interactions. Only thing is that because the screen is small, you should use the trackball to long-press & hold the item menu open, then use the touch screen to select the action.

Only things scummvm needs are options for right-click & clear Esc button.

yes, you can use the touch screen to control the cursor.. Trackball control was added only recently {^_^)
