  • @jeansowner 我觉得LINDA教的方法是想要帮那些有赘肉的女生摆脱它们。如­果是肌肉的话……长期没运动,肌肉很有可能会变‘松’,那么做这­些动作或许会达到瘦身的效果。但是,我不确定耶。>< 不过,最起码你是健康的!:)
