e36 3 series have a strong body structure, which means if you tighten down the rest of the suspension itl handle well even with 300 + HP modifications
@kenv13 u can put a v10 so i dont see why v8 wouldnt fit. also some ppl put a v12 in u just need to look arround. and all 3 series are the same bodies, 316 or 328 is exacly the same except bigger engine
