@DawnFailCry i play the closed beta of Wakfu and and it still doesn't even have sound or music. It did about a year ago but they stripped it off to put it in a NEWER game called "Guardians of Wakfu", which is in beta as well... in french.

u can auctually move freely ur not limited by a cube based world the game is tactical or should be as the last one was (dofus), the fighting system uses cubes for a well thought out and tactical game (this was made out to masta Rikta)

Well it isn't out yet, closed beta for french community. However they have said that there will be a partial world which you can play for free, after that you will need to pay. Also they have mentioned there might be a premium item shop

nothing to do with ragnarok. Probably the only game it can be compared to is dofus, and if you try dofus keep in mind that wakfu will have better graphics and scrolling map (in opose to the dofus system). The battle system will be similar from what has been said so far. And the charatcers and graphics will be same/similar

You know, even WoW used cubeform maps. Just the x,y, and z coordinates are decimal (ie 50.01,100.10,200,20), and there isn't a fixed perspective.
