When I was a kid, this show was seen by the majority of kids at school as an old, cheesy show that only looser nerds would watch. Well me and 2 of my friends secretly loved to watch repeats of this show and I thought the quote "Simon, side step to your left" would only ever be an inside joke between me and those 2 friends. This show had such a bad rep that if we said this quote, the three of us would laugh but be too embarrassed to tell our classmates where it was from, especially girls.

You have to admit it's impressive how quick the animators would be able to do effects that made the kids interact with the graphics ALMOST live. Think about all the effort and work it took to do any kind of graphics with computers back in those days, and to incorporate real people who interact with the digital environments almost live as well.
