great sub kicker is great anyway. for one 12 it hits really good. I just got my 2 12 inch visoniks in and box comes in tomorrow cant wait have it runnin on autotek 2500.2 starter system. will get a vid up soon i hope

@danielmcglothlin26 whats the model of that amp i went to their website an this amp isn't on their, the only one that is 2500 is the mean machine an its a mono it only has 80amp fuse which is bad for mono because p700-1bd has a 100amp fuse and another thing is its not cea rated always get a amp that cea rated even my amp is cea, an how much you paying

@ttimothyp16 the sub box is behind my seat it not going any where an plus the bottom is fatter than the top its design to fit in single cab trucks.

@justin0943 im not getting this exact box but i have an extended cab with the seats that come out from the side so im getting a shallow mount box for a regular cab and since there is extra room im probly gonna need to secure it from tipping over

@justin0943 i dont have the seats like most ext cabs have. theyre called jump seats. its 2 tiny seats that come out of the side of the truck in the back. One seat on each side. so you sit sideways facing the other seat

zx750.1 for $232 its 750-800rms at 2ohm

rockford fosgate p500-1bd it says 500rms at 2ohm but i guarantee it will put out 600rms or more for $200

im planning on getting the p700-1bd from them 700rms at 1ohm but the guy told me it will do 775rms no problem.

What exactly would the effect be if I fed that sub 4 ohms?

@BriceBoudreaux it does nothing your sub is 2ohm so the amp will see a 2ohm load if you had another sub you can wire it 1ohm or 4ohm load.the lower the ohm the more power the amp will put out an also it will get hot

Ok thanks. I have like no knowledge about subwoofers and stuff I just know I went to my local stereo shop and it was 400 bucks for a 10 inch kicker comp and an amp im just looking to add good bass for like 250 bucks and I already spent 140 for the sub and box and 35 for the amp kit

@BriceBoudreaux i spent $400 total that 2 cvt12 with box 2ohm each, 400rms ssl amp, 4ga db link wiring kit, 2.0 boss cap.spend the money on a good amp like the one i showed you, trust me a good amp will make the sub move if you ever seen my new video the amp not big enough to push both of them it will not hit lows that good my friend had a kicker 500.1 amp which is like 300rms on a 4ohm load it bounded the hell out of the subs.but your money do what ever makes you happy.

@BriceBoudreaux that amp isn't worth it it only has 30amp fuse so your looking about 300-350rms total,2x120@4ohm, 2x150-175rms@2ohm or 1x300-350rms@4ohm because my amp has 40amp fuse it only pushes about 400rms total. what is your budget for a amp.
