Is there any point to backing up all the files of the computers in the game? Do you get a special bonus or something like that?

0:9 you jumped from 18 to 63 health

actually it was 68; the backpack contains two 25-health packs.
No it was 63 you can check it yourself
Whenever I heal, I get a 5-health drop. You can hear that weird sound when it happens.
