i love anthony robbins. i read your books and watch clips of you all the time, along with alan watt XD and les brown. I would love to see you in person doing a program, but the truth is it is just too expensive. I remember you saying that you dont have to work anymore that you do it cause you love it and its not about the money. Why dont you do a free tour? I know RSD does one. The truth is alot of people need what you give, but the average joe just can't afford it.

I would like to validate Tony on the 7 year cycle. I started smoking pot at 14 and got heavy into drugs and sex until about 20. From that point I have been soley focused on personal development and building wealth from investing gurus such as Tony, Ben Graham, Ken Mckelroy, Kiyosaki. I am 24 now and own rental homes, am heavily invested in stocks, commodities and own business. Wonder what the next stage will be. I hope I am married so I can utilize all the relationship dynamics I have learned.
Would you mind sharing how you got to where you are now ?? Like I said I'm almost out of high school and if you've studied Tony's work you know he talks a lot about modeling successful people so if you have a few seconds...please share.
@Recycle3in From the analytical side or the emotional state side? Analytical is basic, you can buy 1 of 2 things with money. An asset or a liability. An asset appreciates in value or produces income where a liability takes it away i.e. cars, xbox tvs ipods clothes ect. Two different types of investments in assets are CAPITAL GAINS, buying something at a low prices and selling for higher (gold coins 10 years ago or stocks) or CASHFLOW buying something that pays you monthly (rental home)...
The 4 different asset classes that can produce CASHFLOW or CAPITAL gains are this and generally speaking only this... BUSINESS, REAL ESTATE, COMMODITIES, PAPER (stocks, bonds or mutual funds). less than 10% of this country owns 90% of the wealth and it is because of this principle of buying assets that produce income and taking that income and buying more assets. For a soft start I would recommend Robert Kiyosaki's book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" it would be perfect. Then, "The Intelligent Investor."
My main goal is to reinvest all of my cashflow and capital gains across the board of those 4 asset classes. For example if I own 3 rental homes that I rent out for 900 a month and my mortgage is 650 a month that is a Cashflow of $250 for each property x 3 would be 750 x 12 months for a $9000 dollar a year profit. This is very basic and not taking everything into account but maybe paints an interesting picture. 2 years and that 18000 could then be reinvested into a down payment on another house.
Geez all this is so true...I've been following Tony's work for a while now...I'm almost out of high school and his stuff has been a real eye opener for me...I'm between that 17-25 stage right now...and wonder where I'll arrive in 20 years.

I just wish there was a way for us poor kids to go through one of Tony's programs.
It feels like no one cares, and having grown up without a dad, or any other mentor, I can only hope to one day reach my potential....
