@p to me yoga is sublime. its one thing to combine balance with resistance, but its entirely another to compound that pressure over TIME. think, time is how diamonds are born from carbon, right?

how does the stretching, holding, and breathing make you feel? to me, it fluidly slips past any resistance and the and the line between tension and pleasure is almost ... relaxing. the grace that just comes inside is exhilerating. i find that it moves me in a new direction. what a fantasitic workout!

Very cool, there's a roll onto the right shoulder shown partway at the beginning and right through at the end of the video.

It's very Systema-like, a martial roll done over the shoulder in that way to protect the neck/spine.
