Corporations and government are the exact same entity. A corporation can not exist without the guns and force and military of the government. These protesters know something is wrong but they are confused about what it is. It is the violent compulsory nature of government. The only issue should be the violence.
@soimpossible119 quit protesting, everything u guys protest for is wrong, just because you can't find work and you suck at life doesn't mean u should take away from the wealthy, people who earn degrees, are good at what they do and make a good living for it. you idiots say that well, why shouldn't the wealthy pay more, well my question is, isn't america the land of equality, everybody has to pitch in the same, if your to dumb to make money that isn't the wealthy's fault.
@codtwo5 This protest is about people in the banking industry who have committed fraud and think they will never face a judge for their actions. We just want the law enforced and neither political party will do that. Congress never even shows up for work and when they do they vote against the popular will of the people.
@codtwo5 Your right. We're sorry we exercised our First Amendment rights in an attempt to see Wall Street and The Federal Reserve face responsibility for the financial crisis that made the majority of American children into debt slaves before they're even born. We're sorry you couldn't watch people chase after a ball. I know how important that it was to you to see people chase after a ball and drink beer. Shame on us.
It was a great day and I was also very glad to be apart of it. It seemed like we had a lot more for the march than people that stuck around for the rally, but all and all a great turnout for Day 1 of the occupation.
The drum circle held incredible energy! I loved it as the drummers all walked in a line to the march back to mellon green and a gust of wind (the winds of change) followed them! It was magical! :-) I was so lucky to witness this part of our history! If you weren't there you really missed something amazing! :-)

The energy in that moment was so high! It was amazing so glad I went and was apart of that and still am keeping myself involved in the ways I am able! OccupyTogether!
Decent showing for first march. I hope the movement grows. How is the media going to cover the Arab Spring more than Occupy Protests happening in their own country.
