That's what it's all about - those changes we're making in ourselves. No one is perfect and anyone who says they are is full of it :0) Great job getting back on track.

I went in with the thought that...time is going to pass one way or another...and I don't want to look back and say "shoulda coulda woulda" as far as weight loss goes. 3 months has seriously seemed to fly by! Your average is awesome....I am never surprised when you lose weight...even when you slip up. I agree about eating at restaurants....takes too many POINTS and the servings are usually more than what we would have at home. Kudos on non-scale victory....don't like paying for something and I am uncomfortable...seats or clothes! Congrats on your success!!!! So happy for you!!!!!
@Mrs40Tude Thanks...I do try to view my "average" on ww online...I'm glad they give that. I do hope I can keep it up. I have a long way to go...but I'm not giving up! And I'm so proud of my NSV...it's motivation to keep going, for sure!

Seems like everyone got a little off track last week, but most of us still lost...maybe our bodies needed a bit more or something ;0) Congrats on being able to fit the jammie pants like you wanted to, now go buy yourself a real pair! NSV are the best! That's a great accomplishment.
@toocute2befat Yeah last week was pretty rocky....at least Monday. I'm glad I was able to get back on track. One of the few times I didn't use it as an excuse to have a total meltdown!
