It might just be a matter of her being a Youkai instead of Human... Youkai while often vary powerful are supposed to be of a "lesser creed" than humans on the spiritual scale... (Because they are born of Humans who throw away there immortal souls in lure of power)

So it's possible that Aya's blood simply had no "taste" to it, not on account of the possibly of not being a ahem "virgin"... But rather do to the fact that Aya has no soul...

Human or not Remi probably wasn't taking the fight to seriously anyway... Just like Suika. (Even though Suika's a serious threat even when she's not being well. Serious)

If ether Remi or Flan where to take the fight as a mark against there pride or something for even for a moment Aya would have been in real trouble & ran out of lives in no time flat. (Remember Gensokyo's danmaku battle rules that Reimu made where designed so that it's vary hard for anyone to actually stay dead)

I can kinda imagine how they'd fight in a SRW-styled game, Remi and Flan would kinda be like the Weiss and Alt respectively.

Aya and Momizi would fight more like the Wildfalken and Wildwurger.

Suika would be like a mix of RyuKoOh/KoRyuOh and the Bemidban.
