  • Yes, Olaf. The time has come to give a more authentic expereince. When I get caught up with projects I will try recoding with a binaural mic for natural 3D sound.

    Cheers, Jonathan

  • hey jonatha,IT seams to me that you reactivated the old ds40. its Nice to listen to your breating and to the crying variometer. tschüß, Olaf

  • That was great! It really felt like I was up there with you.How much do you have to worry about rotor's on those ridges? As you know I don't fly any more, but this sure brings back memories.BTW I see these sport show's on TV and I can't believe some one doesn't get a hold of you to make something for TV or even stunt's in movies! Best of luck bro; (\O

  • @my2cents0 Glad you enjoyed the ride! I'm mindful of of rotors and turbulence and always try to leave myself an escape route. I don't know why the media doesn't exploit me either. Go figure?

  • Johnnathan another perfect day...you drift me up..at the moment -2 degrees and staying home!

  • @Thermaliser Stay warm friend!

  • Nice Jono. Seemed like a lot of work just to stay in the air... not the usual fare we see from your videos. Just the same... looks like a lot of fun to me. I appreciated the sound track. It allows us to 'be there' with you. I actually found myself leaning around a little in my seat when the vario would start to chirp as I got the urge to bank up :)

  • @pjewings Thanks!

  • @poln8r61 Scratching is indeed an art!

  • Nice music ! For a change of pace you have gone musicless in your flight to hear the natural sounds but I like your music too and without it too both in their own ways.

  • @NICENAD The wind and vario beep play a tune in my head. In the future I hope to record in binaural for a more natural 3D sound.

  • Great choice of song!

  • @ericplloyd Thanks!

  • PIty you made so quick cuts - it is hard to see where you got ridge lift or turbulence relative to wind direction

  • @0leandr1 I know, I know!

  • Hi Jon how are you?

    I hope you are fine.

did you put the tape on the tube for a special reason or just for the looks?

Another question: did you sell your recumbent bike or are you putting your riding video's on another youtube account; i kinda miss them!

Cheers, Jimmo from a freezing, but with clear blue skies, The Netherlands.

  • @jimmo Hi Jimmo. My cycling videos are under AllBentUp. I have not been riding much the past few years. Hopefully, that will change soon. Cheers, Jonathan
