Am I the only one that finds it morally reprehensible that JJ assumes that all men take advantage of any females he is in contact with? Especially when this male has proven himself trustworthy in the past? Of course it's stupid to leave someone else's daughter in the care of a stranger to her family, but to assume (and it is strongly assumed) that he will take advantage of her sexually just because he has a penis is outrageous and I find it insulting.

Plus (has nothing to do with this case but...) she knows nothing about technology. And when a case is involved with texting, emailing, voice-mail, cell phones, FaceBook etc it's crucial a Judge knows the general concept. She lacks this knowledge and has ruled erroneously due to the complexity of the modern world.

They open it in front of you, which reduces the risk of any kind of infection, regardless if it's in a garage, a basement or whatever, but it's still not the best way to go
