@Cagedand3nRaged hmm just wondering because when i was first listening to these songs i didnt really think they would fit while playing the game but when i got me a copy i was surprised to find the worked really well, most of them start off with simple chords and grow slowly until things starts to pick up, which is very close to the pace of a normal match.

To me, the Terrans always -did- feel like a Space Western. In the first game, you only get that vibe from the unit voices and the setting really... Backwater Station... the Mar Sara Badlands... the yokel-sounding Vulture and SCV guys.

Not to mention Marshall Jimmy Raynor. Seriously? He's a damn Sheriff! In space! And not only does he help pull your ass outta the fire... but he goes on to help you send the Confederacy Packing.

Starcraft 2 just seems to perfect the feel.

My first though when I heard this Terran western-styled music was "Holy shit, it's Firefly."

Sounds like someone in Blizzard took the Space Western idea from Firefly and added it to Starcraft. I can't find  single thing I dislike about that. Awesome.

Really makes me miss Firefly again, though...

Luckily this game is amazing, and does the space Western thing pretty well.

This makes me think of Jim Raynor. Hopefully, this'll be his theme song.

He's so down in the dumps in SC2. The song starts off slow, building up momentum. Just like how he was cast aside, ready to give up as the confederacy got the upper hand.

When I hear the song pick up, I think of Jim Raynor fullfilling his destiny. Standing up against the Confederacy, battle after battle, determined to free the Terrans from Confederacy rule.

Not all terrans are cowboys. Only Jim Raynor's group are cowboy since they came from planet mar sara which was like a desert and Raynor was a sheriff there and his group were militia.
