For ever Israel tank destroyed, 10 Egyptian tanks were destroyed. Israel had a better trained army and a better airforce, using U.S technology. Eventually Egypt took so many casualties that they retreated with Israel barely damaged.

For ever Israel tank destroyed, 10 Egyptian tanks were destroyed. Israel had a better trained army and a better airforce, using U.S technology. Eventually Egypt took so many casualties that they retreated with Israel barely damaged.

U.S actually didn't help Israel at all in the early 1900s when Egypt as well as other countries invaded Israel. Israel depended on their own technology and they kicked your butt most of the time. It's called strategy, there are no rules in love and war. Israel won in 6th October but Egypt kicked Israels ass in 73' all thanks to Egypts superior tactics. They even destroyed IAF. Israel has no business in Sinai, it was never Israels and will never rightfully be. Many Egyptian troops were actually fasting during this assault. What Isreal did to the 3rd Army was inhuman btw.
