Nice thought, but since deregulation not one airline would ever go out of their way to get a message to a passsenger. I know what it was like in the 60's and 70's, as I was a stewardess and passengers were treated royally, coach and first class. BUT, the public got what they wanted, cheap flights and look what has happened now!
