Her point was that bullies look for anything to pick on. I was bullied maybe not for wrinkly hands but when you pick on someone you're just looking for any reason to bring them down. I was told my hair was ugly, my eyes were too big, I was too fat, too short, my head was too big, my eyebrows were ugly, ugly this, ugly that, I was annoying, I was weird, all of this stuff. She's just using examples of how bullies are so insecure that they look for anyone and anything to pick on.
