I ask, because the AI looks to be from pre-1.02. Also, 1v1 can be a little slow, especially on CTP. Might I suggest a 2v2v2v2 on Smooth Jazz?

Try some of the survival levels with various playstyles. A cautious playstyle can reward you with a lengthy session and a feeling of accomplishment, whereas rushing in and working on your roll 'n gun maneuvers can be a hell of a time, but often end quickly

I can imagine Minecraft being sold as a full product when it's barely even a toddler but at least it kept people amused as something to mess around on... this just looks repetitive and like it would barely hold anyone's interest for more than half an hour. People buy it knowing it's not a linear game, you are given freedom to do what you like. If you give an unfinished linear game with 2 or 3 levels, it's like selling an album of two songs "don't worry you'll get the other songs when we've done them, can't say when"... would you accept that? why would you want people to get bored of it before it's even finished??

There is a difference between adding bad and unexpected updates, and completely changing the target audience for the game. This game looks good but I'll wait until there's more in it. With just having preordered Twisted Metal, and with games like Gotham City Impostors, Fall of Cybertron, Paper Mario 3D, Animal Crossing 3D, Kid Icarus: Uprising, Ni No Kuni, and more coming out this year I don't really want to spend any more money without having a job. I'll probably have to wait to buy most of the games I just listed anyway.

Okay, elevating myself to Top Comments here to address something from the video. I mention that "I assume online multiplayer will be added". Turns out, Oxeye have not confirmed that online MP will be put into the final version although it sounds like they're hoping it will. Keep in mind this is a paid alpha, so if you're thinking of buying it remember that the feature set can change for better or worse.
