ISF fully clockwise, lots of mids and bass, cut a little the treble and it's a good thick place to start. Crybaby kinda makes the sound thinner, but you can nail a good doom sound out of this head anyway.
@8ulls3y3 Are those the settings with the OCD or Big Muff engaged? I have a MXR ZW-44 overdrive that I would like to throw in front of the amp distortion to get a totally saturated tone.
OCD - Volume 1-2 o' clock, Drive 9 o'clock, tone 9 o'clock
Big Muff Pi - Volume 2 o' clock, Sustain all the way up, tone 9 o'clock
I don't know if the amp is prone to brightness or it's just the Crybaby affecting the signal, so I cut the highs with the tone knobs of od and fuzz. With the ZW you should get a helluva tone.

When that riff at 1:55 kicks in it's just beautiful. I want to be able to get a nice thick doom tone from the amp when I pick it up.
