eyeshadows - 3-6 months. but a lipstick 2-3 years? that is weird.

@pizzaschachtel I think its because bacteria would be more serious around the eyes than on lips. Plus eyeshadows have brushes put on them that can hold alot of bacteria.

@Leanneldok21 but honestly, do you throw away your eyeshadows THAT fast? that really concerns me, because I have had some of mine for two years now and it would make my heart bleed just to stop using them... :/

@pizzaschachtel No i hate throwing eyeshadows away lol. I keep them for about a year but make sure the lid is always on the shadows and the brushes are washed and sprayed with antibacteria brush cleaner. Im realy funny about my eyes. But yeah i hate throwing makeup away before its nearly gone epcialy when they cost abit.

My mom use to store her perfume in the fridge in the crisper section at the bottom. trust me it keeps the fragrance longer. its wierd. idk why. I guess its the humidity controll.
