I love his rendition of the song. His sharp, note when his says our love will "linger on" is the melodic cry of the soul yearning for love.

Yeah, the first song is "the streets have no name" by U2, then they play "still haven't found what I'm looking for" at the end. As fate would have it, that's the song that Clive Davis chose for David during the finale of Idol, AWESOME! Soooo happy that David WON! Love him!!! :)
